The founder
Dan Russell
Dan facilitates Fathom House as a peer among peers: not the man with all the answers, but the man gathering the men who have them.
Background
Dan spent the better part of a decade guiding hundreds of people through deep healing experiences, coaching, plant medicine work, and unwavering discipline around personal growth and healing, before turning his attention to men.
He founded and leads his own men’s program, Men of Moksha, and sits as a member in other leaders’ circles.
Why Fathom House
When I started my men’s group, the first thing I did was go looking for clues to success. I sought out friends who were already in men’s groups to learn about their experience. I called everyone I knew who ran a circle, and I got them on the phone.
Every question yielded a gem of wisdom that I carried into my first men’s group. As the group evolved, I started to discover my own wisdom. A method was formed, and I was on my way. But the question remained in my mind: what else is out there? What am I missing?
Fathom House is the table I went looking for and couldn’t find.
