What we collect, and what we do with it.
Short version: when you request a seat, what you write goes to Dan and nobody else. We don’t sell it, share it, or use it to advertise to you.
Effective October 3, 2026
In one breath
When you request a seat, what you write goes to Dan and nobody else. We don’t sell it, share it, or advertise with it, and you can have it deleted any time by writing to hello@fathomhouse.org.
What we collect
When you fill in the request form, we collect what you choose to write: your name, your email address, the group you lead, how long you’ve been leading men, your teachers and training, and anything you add about your group or who referred you.
Like most websites, ours also records basic visit information in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed and from what kind of device.
Why we collect it
To read your request, reply to you, and decide together whether the founding table is the right fit. That’s all.
Who sees it
Dan Russell, the founder, reads every request personally. If you become a member, what you’ve shared about your group may be discussed with you directly, never published.
We don’t sell your information, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.
Where it’s kept
This site is built and hosted on Framer, which stores form submissions and provides the site’s visit statistics on our behalf. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we’re in conversation with you, or while you’re a member. If your request doesn’t go forward, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to hello@fathomhouse.org and we’ll take care of it.
Who this site is for
Fathom House is for adults. This site isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
